
William has been directly involved in multiple capacities ranging from investor to landlord, and owner with residential property for over 20 years since 2004.
Having over 15 plus years of management experience working with and supervising diverse groups of people has equipped William to be able to solve and meet the needs of our clients and the company.
With over 25 years of experience being involved in administration in a plethora of levels ranging from entry level up to upper/advanced and in different arenas from public and private sectors has truly prepared and exposed him to being fully capable and knowledgeable of what is needed to succeed.
As it relates to experience with premium, high-level priced budgets, accounts, assets, services, etc., William has a background in being responsible for the management of budgetary functions to include compiling financial data, forecasting, financial statements, participate in long range budget planning, etc. for multiple budgets over at least a million or more dollars for over ten plus years.
He has developed and strategically planned a new projects that included extensive product research, decisive budgeting, created a contemporary standard operating procedures & policies, etc., to exceed the mission, core values, and objectives.
He has dealt with various internal reconstructions, renovations, etc. along with corresponding with all contractors and/or essential partners through all phases of the process to ensure accuracy upon completion.
